Hello to a new Mr. President.. November 6, 2008

At 11:00 last night I could already see my country changing before my eyes. I sat with my eyes glued to my haggard television set in my room watching numbers in the lower right hand corner on the CNN channel. I was patiently waiting for Obama’s number to reach 270. I was worried I would wake up on November 5^th and have McCain as our new president; even though he was on the same apple tree that bush had fallen off eight years ago. Our country is in true need of change. Our economy is dwindling down to absolutely nothing. I believe in Barack Obama. I know he can help our country with the problems we are facing like:  the war in Iraq, making health insurance affordable, provide a tax cut for working families, make college affordable to all Americans, and the list goes on and on. The goals he has for our country is everything that we need right now, especially with the crisis we are in. I look forward to the progress Obama will bring to our country. I have faith in him to help out our fellow Americans.
